We work with consultancy, design, implementation, support, and validation of IT solutions for some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers over the phone and ITSM to resolve their issues and inquiries, primarily related to DCS 800xA problems.
- Gathering relevant information from customers and entering it into the appropriate ITSM systems.
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments or team members.
- Maintaining and updating knowledge bases, documentation, and best practices to support customer requests.
- Continuously learning and developing both technical and non-technical skills.
Requirements
- Degree within IT, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with 800xA or DCS systems
- Speak and write English
